We wanted to share our buying experience at Bobby's. My wife and I went through some financial hardships with the recent economic downturn. We had great credit in the past and took pride in always paying our families bills on time. We had gone to some of the local dealerships in the Martinsburg area with little help or success, before one of our friends had recommended us to Bobby's Used Cars in Charles Town.
 
When we walked on the lot we were thinking here we go again, but to our surprise we were greeted right away with a smile and a positive attitude. My wife and I explained to the sales person about our recent credit situations and challenges that we are facing. The gentleman that was assisting us said he we will do everything to help us and our family. To make a long story short, they did!! We bought a very clean, well maintained 2001 Honda Civic LX that we are extremely happy with. Bobby was great to us and we have already referred 2 people who have also purchased a vehicle there as well!!

My name is Bill Edwards and I have purchased many vehicles over the years. I bought a 2005 Chevy Silverado Crew Cab from Bobby for pulling a trailer out here on my farm. I had shopped for some time before making my decision and the reason I went with Bobby's is simply the way he treated me. He was fair and straight forward! I am the same type of person and I respected that about him. The staff down there was very professional and the mechanic Scot answered all my questions regarding my truck. I have since had my truck in there for service and Scot has always taken great care of me. I only give a referral when I receive outstanding service and when one is earned and deserved. I purchased a camper toy hauler on Ebay from Scot that works for Bobby's Used Cars as a mechanic. He went out of his way with great communication with me through the bidding process. He gave me step by step directions on how to get to them as I live in Kentucky. I am 55 years old and want to start to camp and enjoy life. If the rest of my life is this easy for me to deal with people I will be a happy man. He talked to me on the phone a number of times answering all my questions about my purchase and if my vehicle would be able to tow the trailer. No one on Ebay will do that -- I guess he's just a good old boy. God bless and take care.

We purchased a 2000 Subaru Outback with 70,000 miles from Bobby's about a year and a half ago. We've put 35,000 miles on it since and its still doing great. Only minor repairs consistent with age and mileage have been needed. We bought the car well below its resale, and even private-party sale price. Bobby gave us a great deal on a reliable, durable car.

Couldn't get better sevice: I first called to see if they had anything in our price range and the type of vechicle we were looking for.The sales lady said not at the time. About an hour later she called back. She started calling people trying to find what we were looking for. We went and looked at the vechicle. She was straight up -- she didnt know a lot about it just what the owner told her. We test drove. Owner fibbed a little lol. We didnt buy. She offered to put us in a newer truck. We test drove and boy was it nice but more than what we wanted to spend. Four days later she calls us back -- she had been searching for us the whole time. Found what we were looking for and in our price range. We have dealt with a lot of sales people here lately and these are the best you could ask for. They go beyond the making a sale. If you're looking for a vechicle stop by there. You don't get pushed into buying something you don't want or can't afford.

The staff at Bobby's Used Cars is truly amazing, from the initial contact through the final sale, they were very professional and courteous, a trait that is hard to find in this economy. I am very pleased with the follow-up and delivery of my Z-3 BMW. If you are looking for a local team to deliver results, give them an opportunity to earn you business.
